COMPANY REGULATIONS

   The Unlocking Verification Registration System is regulated in order to better serve customers, maintain the social order and security, and prevent criminal activities.
Unlocking registration procedures:
1. When unlocking house doors, the title deed, ID Card, apartment-leasing agreement shall be presented, or be evidenced by the street residents committee, property management units, as well as neighbors.
2. When unlocking cars, motorcycles, the driving certificate, driver’s license and ID card shall be presented.
3. When unlocking safes, the ID card of the safe owner and certificate of unlocking approval shall be presented, if the safe belongs to a work unit, the approval certificate with the work unit seal shall be presented and the safe code shall be kept confidential for customers.
4. When entrusted by the Public Security Bureau, the procurators, the legal system, and the enterprises, the entrusting party shall present a letter of unlocking certificate, and the unlocking process shall be accompanied by the relevant staff members.
5. When a sudden tap water pipeline break or leakage happened in the residential apartments and the safety of the public security be affected, the unlocking process shall be accompanied by the civil police officers or neighbors.
6. Having cleared the verification procedures, the registration shall be made by writing down the effective certificates and signed by the customers. (a work unit seal shall be added at work place)
